Now is the time to take action.

Our campaign is about working to solve the biggest problems facing Marblehead, Swampscott, and Lynn. With the Supreme Court overturning Roe, this is not a time to be passive -- our rights are under attack. While abortion is still legal in Massachusetts, we need strong leadership in the state house to expand access, protections, and security. I released detailed policy positions on women's reproductive rights in May because I am laser-focused on this issue, and will be as our next state representative.

In addition to actions I believe our state should take, here are some ways in which we as citizens can get involved immediately to help women in Massachusetts and in other states. I will always be a resource for women's reproductive health, and I'm ready to take on this fight with everything I have.

• Support Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts to help them serve the increased numbers of women from other states seeking abortions. This will help Massachusetts women too, as more resources will ensure they are not waiting to access services.

• Support abortion access funds in anti-abortion states. These funds provide travel and support for women forced to seek care away from home.

• Support companies providing travel expenses and time off to employees who need to travel to other states to seek care.

There is much work to be done, but I know that we do this -- together.
